Re: Something important that has become lost due to wide recording dispersion

Parochial English speaking dialects are disappearing in the USA as well.

Which is a shame.

I used to like impersonating and making fun of them! :smilie2:

Wanted: Bordogni 5 in alternate (band) key sig.

In the 43 Studies version it is in ## but I remember seeing and having it in a b key signature.

If you know where it is, can you let me know where to acquire or PM me a .pdf?

I thought for sure it was in one of my collections. :tuba:

I actually prefer to play concert marches for a similar reason.

And I don’t mind oompa oompa so long as there are a few runs and features mixed in.

Re: Quality of Gard bags?

Mine is made in India and has served me well.

If you find one that firs your tuba, it’s a good reasonably priced alternative.

The only downside is they do not have any side-loaders.

Maybe.

It would be nice if a member of the media or congress was able to achieve clarity on that.

I know I’d be interested.

I’ll wait…

80% of cases closed in a matter of days/weeks not months?

Someone needs to check on that to see if she’s lying.

Who will step up?

The Media?

Congress?

Re: LOL...How much to tip a repair-guy?

My regular auto repair guy lifted my car on an ER basis. (We were going to the beach)

He adjusted something to make the funny sound go away.

Then charged me $00.

I gave him $10 to buy lunch.

This was a few years ago when $10 could buy 2 lunches.
