Homey don’t (can’t…?) march no mo’. Homey just has lyre screw OCD. Missing lyre screws look like bullet holes to him…
If you simply unsolder the lyre holder and refinish the entire instrument - so that no one can tell there used to be one there, other people will then be under the impression that you own a professional instrument rather than a step up instrument.

I'm probably going to put some strap rings and a lyre holder onto FatBastard, to additionally discourage theft...though "BB-flat" should already be enough of a deterrent.

Get out of my head, you’re reading my mind!

I can hook you up with some used Yamaha strap rings. I found them today in my stuff… As “step down” as you can get…
