I am trying to find a sousaphone to join my school band with,
I have a budget of around £700 (slight room though) I would like the tuba to be BBb and preferably a portable variation as my school does quite a lot of outside gigs where you would need to be stood up so sousaphone helicon or marching tuba is preferred.

Is it possible to find something at this price point? I am willing to travel to collect as I can drive now,
