...I'm just letting anyone know (who knew about them, and may have been considering them) that U of Memphis just grabbed both.

There are some that I have my eye on, but I'm trying to be cool about them. Realize that the less I pay for them the lower my price needs to be for selling them, so what I'm saying is that it might be a while.
