I think this is the same arrangement. And I suspect that someone on the UK Band Staff of the Household Division did the arrangement.

Leading with drums should have tipped me off, as well as the snares using slings. US military bands lead with trombones, most of the time, and use snare carriers.

His name is Shane Cox. He's the guy playing both trumpet and bone. This was his project. But it was short lived as he moved out to Minneapolis soon after we did the recording.
