There is a Presser concerto for tuba and strings:

It looks like it hasn't been recorded commercially, but I am seeing quite a few student recordings on Worldcat. If you are in college, ask your school's music librarian if they would be able to process an interlibrary loan (ILL) for you to get something on CD.

Music libraries are magical. Back in the days of burning CDs when I was in college, I used ILL to get literally hundreds of recordings that I copied onto my computer. There is still a lot of stuff out there that has never made it to streaming services or YouTube.
