Non-compensating 4v Eb. CIOMIT (Colorado Institute of Musical Instrument Technology) repair school is the seller so perhaps they’ve restored it to a degree. But I’ve never heard of that brand. It’s almost certainly European and likely ~100 years old. Who knows how it plays. In my opinion, that asking price is too high, but if they’re local maybe one can try it out.
