I think this is the same arrangement. And I suspect that someone on the UK Band Staff of the Household Division did the arrangement.
Band of the Scots Guards
Metallica Master of Puppets

Now that’s fun.
The first band is part of a music club in The Netherlands. For anyone interested: https://www.kengleiden.nl/

They look like American jarheads! Ha!
Leading with drums should have tipped me off, as well as the snares using slings. US military bands lead with trombones, most of the time, and use snare carriers.

I think this might be it from Hal Leonard.

Well, Jay Bocook, no less. I have loved his stuff since 1979 when I first used a sousaphone. Excellent find!
BRAVO!

Here is a version of that tune we recorded a few years back.
Obviously, the video is not of the recording session.
Not the same arrangement.

Nice! I like the helion, too. Who did your arrangement?

His name is Shane Cox. He's the guy playing both trumpet and bone. This was his project. But it was short lived as he moved out to Minneapolis soon after we did the recording.
