I finally found one with soft sides that is big enough. Light weight, folds up, has big wheels, rolls easily, and over bumps it doesn't have heavy steel structure that could damage a tuba right through the gig bag. Tuba lies wider side down, bell hangs six inches out the back, and I'm quite happy with it. And it's RED!!

With two cup holders. Can't ask for more than that!

We have the same wagon for our 2 year old!
Honestly, for a collapsible wagon I'm pretty impressed by the quality of it. It rides really nice.
We also have an older wooden Radio Flyer "Town & Country" wagon that is his instrument wagon, and we keep it in our barn. Current roster is two cornets, a pair of drum sticks, two triangles and a p-Bone.
There are steel posts on all four corners that are in padded sleeves, so it is structurally stable. The bow sits in the very bottom at the back and unless I tip it over, it is stable. Those light gray things are velcro but if they are structural I have not noticed that yet, and right now I have a cat who just settled on my lap so I'll get up and check that later. They didn't appear structural to me on first inspection.
However, with the Hagen, I also will have to take the Hagen Box because I really do need that for hoisting into my lap. Ha, playing it and hoisting it are two different things! (Maybe I could play that Kaiser--- !! ) The box fits nicely on top at the back BUT I do need to get a strap long enough to hold it on. Which I will. I was looking through all my straps last night and unless I want to use a rope I'll have to get a longer strap.
