ISO: Hirsbrunner 288 (HB8)

Post by A_Tubist »

Hi All,

Putting feelers out to see if anyone happens to have a Hirsbrunner 288 (HB8) they might consider parting ways with.

This would be the smaller of their 2 rotor F tubas, bonus if the instrument happens to have 6 valves (but definitely not a necessity). I could also be interested in the right 289 but definitely have more of an interest in the smaller of the horns.

I am currently playing a B&S Symphonie that I love dearly and have have had for the past 6 years; I'm seeking a slight change of pace and would love to explore the possibility of a trade with someone interested in a fine example of the old B&S horns.

Cheers! :tuba:

Bump for change in search, I am now targeting the smaller of the two rotor F tubas (HB8/Hirsbrunner 288)
