Besson enharmonic baritone

Good morning, and thank you for adding me. I found this forum as I was searching for the value of my Besson baritone, silver, 3+1 valves (serial #101133, about 1915). I came across an old post from someone looking for an 'enharmonic' baritone, and realized that it matched what I have. I'm presuming this one was played professionally, as it has been well cared for and has been patched in a few spots. My son played it in Jr High and High School, as well as in All-State Band. Any thoughts on the value of it?

I have such a poor relationship with value sometimes, but i kinda feel if ya play it in the same situations, don't feel obliged to offer a discount over an equivalent Blaikley system (age and size both coming into consideration). Baritone range, the added weight won't be much of an issue, and it probably makes up for it with more adjustability and uniqueness factor. The main drawback probably is replacement parts should anything happen, so a hard case that accommodates it is a very good investment. (i was read the riot act on that aspect when i came across a Couturior trombone, which has a slide unlike any other)

And i bet plenty of folk here can give better advice both evaluation-wise, and better context as to where more interest would lie or somesuch. But i think one other member has expressed specific interest. Last i checked, they'd found something satisfactory for their purposes, but if they don't notice this thread on their own in a week or two, i'll draw their attention to it.

(thanks @arpthark )

I think it's difficult to put a value on these, because not enough of them come up for sale often enough to establish any sort of average price. Also a whole bunch of them are all worn out and aren't of much interest other than something to look at.
