Someone mentioned F Sousaphones in a thread recently which reminded me of this horn. On Facebook Marketplace in Dallas. I don’t know the seller but he plays in a fun local Balkan Brass Band:

In playing condition Amati Kraslice F Helicon
One dent, purely cosmetic and easy to roll out
Has an incredible punchy sound for a little F helicon but demanding when it comes to intonation. I've used at several gigs from pop to jazz so its still manageable. Currently using elastics to support the clockwound springs.
Approximately 15lb, so very light weight for a tuba. No case and prefer not to ship willing to drive an hour out of DFW

I liked mine. No "dreaded low" anything, it was ready to play with a very solid sound in the tuba range. I don't remember intonation issues, but I may not have been a very demanding player in that respect.
More than the light weight, the comfort of this design is the oval shape that just hangs where it should and doesn't rotate off. The other side of that, is that the mouthpiece is where it is - I mean, the mouth pipe can rotate 360, but it doesn't have the American style multiple-bits adjustability.
