Try turning the horn on its side with the mp where you can blow. Press the valve and blow hard. Hopefully in this position you can push the water through to where it can be emptied. That's my only thought to remedy without fully rotating or modifying the horn.

I downloaded an old book off IMSLP. Only looked at it a little bit, but it looks like a teach yourself book. I like that it has a lot of tunes to play. Cant beat the price. Also. Rubank is great too.
