Looks like maybe is has reattachment issues… Which probably isn’t a big deal and could be cleaned up some. It appears to be missing the thin ring (not the tenon) that is the normal transition between the bell flare and stack on these Reynolds upright bells. To my eye it almost looks like this might ...
