If you want to keep the old PT-1 outer and inner dimension, rather than the new PT popular outer shell, you can go with a Rudolf Meinl RM1 mouthpiece. It's going to be extremely similar. I think Lee Stofer has them in stock.

I did that kind of lip rash for a long time and found out years ago that it was allergies to metals, nickel in my case. Not saying it is your case but just sharing my experience. Maybe it can have appeared to you recently because you are trying new mouthpieces and some of them might have nickel ...
