Yeah, I'm a smartass: do you mean by midnight the beginning of Nov 30, which means through the day and evening of Nov 29, or do you mean until the point Nov 30 becomes Dec 1. You may think I'm off the wall, but I have seen sizeable business contract litigation on this exact point. So the standard language is now for a lease to begin on 12:01 am on (date) until 11:59 pm on (later date). OK, yeah, I know, it's now my turn to buy the beer.

It also depends on what the definition of a C tuba is. I suspect there are quite a few different tubas that will play the pitch "C".
