Toccata Marziale on 1920/1930 Bohland und Fuchs Kaisertuba

Post by Kontrabasstuba »

Here is a sound check of an old 1920/1930s Bohland and Fuchs Kaisertuba in B.
I chose the Toccata Marziale by R. Vaughan Williams.

Have fun listening to πŸŽΆπŸŽ΅πŸ˜ƒ

This would be a nice room and excerpt to do some comparison between different tubas.
The sound starting at 20s is incredibly beautiful and clear.
