RT-88+ mouthpiece, virtually brand new, except for a 5-minute test about two months ago. I really liked the sound, but for me... Just too wide! Comes in the original box, but the box got a little squished in the original shipping.
May have the slightest of insertion marks on it. Otherwise ....never used.
