OK...TUBING, then... WTB 18mm OUTSIDE diameter

I could use TWO pieces of slide tubing (each: 8 to 9 inches long)

which feature (no...not the "bore", but) an OUTER DIAMETER of 18mm.

If SLIGHTLY smaller on the outside (.706" - .707" or so) that would be serendipitous, and would actually save me some trouble.

Sorry @bloke I have .6875" OD and .723" OD (both silver plated (tarnished)), but no .706" or 18mm.
