Effective immediately, Buddy Roger's Music in Cincinnati, Ohio is the US Distributor-Dealer
for Schlipf products. I would encourage anyone who wishes to experience a world-class
practice- or performance mute to call or e-mail Chris Hite, Low Brass Specialist.

Chris is a consummate musician and fully competent repair technician who is doing his part to help Buddy Roger's become a must-visit shop for low brass players. They are stocking quality, major-brand instruments, expanding their accessory lines, and offer repairs, advice and sales assistance by a seasoned professional that is equally at ease on stage, at the repair bench, or assisting customers.

This change just makes sense, to transfer the Schlipf mute dealership from a repair shop in an Iowa cornfield, where there is virtually no walk-in customers, to a strong and growing music store that is easily accessible. At Buddy Roger's, there is a nice sales area and actual sales representatives, so that people can try them out in person and be assured of the right fit before they purchase. Located just a short distance away downtown Cincinnati and from the Cincinnati Conservatory, Buddy Roger's Music is a wonderful resource, either for an in-person visit or online.

Thanks to Lee for trusting us to carry on the brand. We will strive to continue the same great service that he began with these mutes over ten years ago. Lee put a lot of time into developing fitment guides and customer service that has grown the brand's recognition in the US to what it is today. We took delivery of all the stock Thursday, conducted product training with our sales staff (and me) on Friday, and come Monday morning, integration into our inventory system will begin, followed soon after by listings on our website complete with the fitment guide and FAQ section that will assist any potential buyer to make the most informed decision.

I do ask that you be patient with us as we transition into this new phase at Buddy Roger's. I am always available to answer questions here, through email or phone calls, to the best of my abilities, and Lee has graciously offered his assistance when needed. As soon as all the computer work is done this next week, I can take orders and begin shipping to buyers. As always, we look forward to serving and to help your musical endeavors in any way we can.
