And three Demo Eastman Eb tubas. And demo 836 tubas. Out with the old generation, in with the new? I sure want to try one of their Eb tubas. These 632 CC tubas are, IMHO, excellent tubas.

A Feedback score of 96.6% is truly awful. Buyer beware, for that reason alone.

Their negative score seems straight forward, like it was resolved and it was a bad buyer who left it. Might be worth the chance..

And it's a brick-and-mortar business, so there's a better chance it's not some BS scammer/seller (plus all the other reviews are positive).

We see what we want to see. I see huge red flags based on experience with eBay sellers, many of whom own brick-and-mortar stores, too. The most common advice you will find regarding any high-ticket eBay purchase is to avoid sellers with anything below 99.8% Feedback, and the higher the cost the higher the Feedback score needs to be. By high-ticket in this case I mean anything over about $500.00. This advice I have received several times but did not take with me (hence the need for it to be repeated to me "several" times) until I was scammed or "disappointed" by sellers several times. I now have the policy of "If I don't bid I won't get bit."

 I don't take chances either. My comment was intended to be more about it being an actual seller versus a scammer or some shady seller. And yes, a brick and mortar can be a crappy seller. One's own research is the best way start to figuring these things out. And I'm not advocating or discouraging a purchase from this vendor - I don't know them. If I wanted to acquire a used 632 from a commercial seller I could trust, my money would be going to New Jersey.

I'd just avoid it mainly because eBay doesn't deserve to get any more money than the seller's asking price (or final bid cost). If I was a detective, I'd track the brick and mortar store down there in Georgia and make an offer outside eBay after talking with the owner on the phone and IF I was able to use Venmo or Paypal to CMA.

If my 2155 wasn't so magical and this was within 300 miles of me, I might do the transaction in person.

How many of you have saxophone, viola players in your household/circle of friends? While you are all enjoying your moment of lust, you will be contributing to the delinquency of a repair tech, on their next scheduled vacation to the Bahamas. :facepalm2:
