I have a friend who makes paper mache Santas for Christmas display. Years ago she gave me a Santa carrying a trombone gig bag (at the time I was using a reunion blues bag.). Later I decided I wanted a ‘brass quintet’ of Santas. It was easy to find appropriate sized trumpets and a horn, but I have yet to find a tuba, so I’m stuck with a quartet. Most of them look like a baritone. Has anyone ever seen an appropriate (say 6-8”) model of a tuba? Tried to post a photo of the set, but can’t get it down to the size limits. Here’s an example of the trumpet ornament one of the Santas is carrying:

I have something like this... For the last few years, my kids take it off the Christmas tree and pretend to play it.

Know anyone with a 3D printer? Might be your best option in getting something to scale without too much effort.
