That band now uses Yamaha sousaphones last I heard.

If i have to pick a favorite tuba, these are it.
That there valve block appeals to me aesthetically. And i suppose ergonomically too, as it being low down, you don't have to reach as far for it.
But fortunately very few people require a favorite of me, so i think i can also like other tubas...
