Excellent condition. It has one small ding on the bottom bow and a couple scratches. Original case in great condition. Custom made Messina Cover and silver cloth bag. I bought this a few years ago and played it once a week in a community band (reformed, long-time euphonium player). It plays great.

Re: Yamaha YEB631S Eb compensating silver tuba
Thanks. After 30ish years playing euphonium, it was really a lot of fun to get into playing tuba on this horn. I had wanted to get an Eb compensator since college when an Australian classmate had one. I bought it from an estate a few years ago in near-new condition. I'm only selling because we are moving to a far off tropical island, and this won't fit in the suitcase.

The pictures indicate remarkable condition.
That's the first - and by far the best - compensating E-flat than Yamaha has manufactured.

That is reasonable. A bit lighter than the Bessons I have owned. This is a seriously beautiful horn. I wish I could justify it!

My wonderful wife indulges me in these things....without justification, except "fun".
Although my desire for also a Bb tuba fell on deaf ears! So yeah, maybe there's a one tuba limit.
