York Sousaphone...
So, I'm more than likely going to acquire a York sousaphone soon. However, it doesn't happen to have a neck or bits. So I need to know what I'm getting into here. Are there options available from current offerings, or do I need to have something made or source an original? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Re: York Sousaphone...
If it’s a .750 bore York Monster BBb, I don’t suspect anything stock will work as that York model was a bit different in the leadpipe/neck area. Also the stock York bits took a very large mouthpiece taper; larger than Euro. I know Lee Stofer has made a couple of reproductions.
If it’s a smaller .656 bore BBb or an Eb, I have no idea.
I have a lower leadpipe in satin silver for a York Monster sousaphone sitting in a box if anyone needs it.
