It’s fine. Heavy for how compact it is.

But if I were going in that direction I’d go for the Grand. :tuba:

Edit: Oh, you mean the Wessex Grand? That thing is a work of art! Quite outside my range though.

What’s that “inspired” by?

Dillon music has a new Chinese clone of the 2341 for $2500. Might be worth a call to @Matt Walters to see what he thinks about them.

I really like my Viverna. I played a Yamaha 641 for a long time so I am still getting used to the way it responds in an ensemble, but the valves are quick, intonation is pretty even and accessible across the whole range, and it's pretty comfortable to hold.

Previous poster is right, it does seem heavy for how compact it is. getting it in and out of the case is a little tricky because of it too.

overall, I'm very pleased with mine!
