Super strange and rare Instrument. Looking for Info
Here is an extremely rare instrument from my collection.
A kind of Jazzophone (but it is not one!) in Saxophone shape construction.
It is tuned in Bb (like a tenor horn).
The maker is - Giuseppe Brioschi - Milano Musicale -
It was made for a Mr. Camillo Calderesi.
Unfortunately I do not have more information...

Very interesting,
As usual you sound amazing on it. I bet it’s a challenge to even play. I find vintage instruments very interesting and I’ve never seen anything like this before.

It's not so hard to play. It's very open and free blowing!

That's pretty cool! How is the intonation?
Edit: listened to the video, seems like it's good

Thank you! It's a small size mouthpiece shank. Like a small tenor trombone

Something about the shape of the bell looks Dr. Seuss-ish to me.

That might be a Ballad Horn.
There are many configurations for Ballad Horns. Enjoy your "strange and rare instrument" whatever it turns out to be.
Best,
Mark
