How vintage? Can you post a picture of one? Is it the later ones with the knurling half way up, or the older ones with the knurling at the bottom edge?

Here is what I am looking for (you can see the oddball brass one that is too small on the right; that is the one I am trying to replace):
Here is the bell screw and flange that I need. One has been replaced by what looks like a brass Reynolds one, so I'd like one more of these:
