Even the better-made knockoff: I'd only be in for one of those for a couple grand (nice condition), because - biding one's time - genuine King 2341 tubas (in nice shape) show up for this same price.

I would sure love to get my hands on it just to see how good or bad it is but I would never buy a horn blind with no info other than "some flavor of Chinese knockoff"
Those newer 2341s are the only BBb tubas I really like playing these days too, but 3500 considering what else I can find in that range seems steep
