Tuning slide or parts to make one.

My new to me 100 year old Eb tuba is missing a tuning slide. The 1st and 3rd valve slides are identical and both fit in the missing tuning slide position. The measurements are below and there is a consistent variation or tolerance of .005

Cleveland Musical instrument Co, its pre-HNWhite cleveland. Maybe someone can help the OP with historical details and maybe the model was relabelled later but kept many of the earlier parts. With luck someone will have a suitable donor instrument carefully tucked away and kept for spare parts 🤞.
