repairing badly screwed up top action euphoniums

I'm not I'm going to post any pictures or type a bunch of blather about going through this batch of instruments I just went through for his school, but - as a general statement - really really messed up four valve top-action euphoniums (in particular the four valve in-line non-comp ones) are about the toughest things to put back right compared to any other type of brass instrument.

Some of the stuff I encountered with this batch of three - two of which were Yamaha, and one of which was Jupiter - actually made me chuckle. I had a choice of doing that or crying.
