It's for a looooong time on eBay. It's a little to expensive for this condition. But a very cool instrument!

I bought a plastic 3D-printed serpent from bisontuba, for about 5% that much, and I play it badly enough that I'd need a lot of work to justify a real one.

I don't have 3D files but Paul Schmidt of the Serpent website and newsletter does...
