On hold message
I've never seen an on hold message before. @kingrob76 did you mean to mark a message to me as "on hold"?. If so, that's just fine and you don't even need to tell me what it's about; I just want to make sure that there is actually such a message status, and that you meant to mark it that way.

Re: On hold message
@bloke Messages can also show up as "on hold" when an inbox is full (it saves it until you clear room). The max is 500 messages, and it should show you how many you have used. @LeMark 500 is the default setting I think...any objections to a higher limit? OR we can encourage users to keep their boxes clean. (ADD) Maybe this is more of a PM discussion, sorry.

Re: On hold message
Oh, meaning I should send Mark a PM - sorry :) :) :)
The "other place" maxes out at 999 if I recall.
There is the option where phpBB will automatically delete the oldest message and deliver the new one, but I'm hesitant to do that. Someone could lose an important conversation they wish to archive.

Re: On hold message
I think PM box management is a pretty basic thing, but if you think it needs to be raised, I don't have any objections
Yep, I'm Mark

Re: On hold message
Careful...an onlooker may think that belongs to the collective and shouldn't be deleted
pfft (yes, that's for you)
