WTB: Besson Euph Bell

Post by tylerferris1213 »

Hello! I just acquired an older Besson 3+1 compensating euphonium. It's in good shape except for the bell, which is in worse shape than pictured. Does anyone have a Besson laying around with worn valves or some other issue that makes it unplayable? Shoot me an email if you have something! tylerferris1213@gmail.com

As a seller, pretty much the worst thing you can do is portray things inaccurately, which is unfortunately what I did with Tyler here -- I missed this crack in the bell rim of this Besson, which Tyler noticed upon pickup after his customer had already paid for the instrument.

Props to Tyler for working on a solution with me and apologies to the affected parties. Figured I might as well fess up on a public forum.

Pretty sure they are all the same Bell from the non-compensating three valve instruments and the three valve compensating as well, should be able to find one cheap on eBay or maybe ask in the Frankentuba group
