I don't know... I've never bought a tuba out of a trunk of a car with no case, from a seller with a brand new Ebay account and with AI generated or cut/paste item description that doesn't list the serial number, model, or even key of the tuba in question.

Not saying this has a high chance of being stolen or a scam of some kind but ....

No, I take that back, I am pretty sure this is stolen or a scam.
