CC tuba at Baltimore Brass

Post by Paul Scott »

Hello All,

There is a very nice Dillon 5-V CC tuba at Baltimore Brass right now that is being sold by a student of mine. It has a few extras like vented pistons, a fantastic new Messina custom gig-bag (in Midnight Blue) and some lightweight blue valve-buttons from Martin Wilk. The main slide tuning system has been shortened to raise the pitch a bit, something that has improved the response of the entire horn, IMO. If you're looking for a very clean, entry-level CC, I think that this one is hard to beat at $4,500. For some reason they still haven't posted a photo although the horn has been there since the summer. I can provide photos on request.

Please send a PM here or at wputuba at gmail.com if you have any questions or wish to make an offer!

Paul

Good morning!

We're posting the pictures today! Summer time is always a busy time, and we're finally getting out of our repair season, so pictures for everything are coming! There's only a few of us, so sometimes it takes a bit longer. Thanks for your patience!
