I love the "warning contains lead" (or whatever that refers to) thing.
The last one of those I sold myself, admittedly I sold it for more but I also spent some time slicking it out and scrounging some nice pistons. A man and his son actually flew in to the local county airport in their airplane and picked it up from me. That made it easy.
Based on the pictures, that one looks pretty straight and the price seems to be aligned with a quick sale.
