I'm new to this thread. Looks like these mouthpieces are of similar dimensions to the Sidey Helleberg (ie wider inner diameter) but not the same.

Rim 33.50mm flat rim
Backbore 8.50mm
Shaft end size 13.20mm

I have a couple Sidey mouthpieces here with me right now. The "standard" version is ever so slightly larger in cup volume than the Conn or my Helleberg replica and the rim has a very sharp bite which I appreciate, but is also not quite like the original 1970s Conn versions. I would describe it as an "improved" Helleberg. Many years ago Paul told me that his was based on an original Helleberg, but I havent seen one yet quite like his.
