Two Halloween pops ago, I brought a compact B-flat, a big fat euphonium, and a Yamaha euphonium.

tuba - most everything (scary movie medleys, Night on Bald Mountain - all of that sort of stuff)
big fat euphonium - ophicleide parts on Gounod (Hitchcock theme) and Berlioz (Fantastique mvts.)
Yamaha euphonium - Mars

I bring my Bb and my Eb to the last concert of the summer in my local band every year - They let me play the piccolo part on Stars and Stripes and I can't walk up front with my Bb and play it standing. That is the only time all year I ever use the Eb.
