I picked up a gorgeous original lacquer recording four valve several years ago that was a military surplus instrument. The original hard cases were included and were also nice. I sold it to a school, so I'm sure it's current condition rates far below this one, currently.. LOL

Beautiful tuba, if I were in the market I’d jump all over it!
Would putting a short bell on it potentially yield a nice Cc tuba?

This tuba went to its new owner today. He's really excited about having it and I'm happy that it went to someone that will play it!
