Apparently the oldest was 1880-something. That's what they said at check-in... Although honestly, I don't think the conductor ever mentioned it during the performance...
I think this was my 25th TubaChristmas event since I started playing in ~1995. Including an odd TubaChristmas in July event in Bethlahem* Pennsylvania.
(*spelled wrong on purpose, because the pin says "Bethlahem" instead of "Bethlehem"... which was kind of the whole point of the event in the first place
)
