The EPA has put draconian limits on how many cordurs can be caught and slaughtered, in order to harvest their pelts.

I hear that their natural predator (the nauga) has been decimating the North American population so that the balance of nature has been greatly reduced.
If it’s tourist season, why can’t we shoot them?

Fun fact: Naugahyde is named after Naugatuck, CT where it was first made.

I mean... the natural habitat of the nauga, prowling the post-industrial banks of the Naugatuck River...
