SOLD: smaller 1970s Reynolds 3v BBb ($500/make an offer?)

Edit: sold!
I am selling this tuba on behalf of my friend. This is a Reynolds Contempora from the mid-70s. This was my friend's horn that he had in high school and college, was put in storage during his career teaching middle school band, and that he recently began playing on again after he retired. I would describe it as 7/8 size, three valves, BBb. Bell has never been rolled out, some dents and dings, all slides pull. A bit of visible wear on valve 1 but I am able to get plenty of suction when pulling the slide (see video below) so valve compression isn't an issue. Plays well, fast valves, nice little punchy sound.
The issue is that while this tuba was in storage, it developed some pretty severe red rot in the mouthpipe. Plays fine as-is, no holes or anything, but that probably needs to be replaced down the line. In the meantime, I will be on the lookout for a replacement mouthpipe that I can install.
Ideally, we are looking for $500 but open to discussing offers. I can ship UPS in a UHaul box and I will pack it well. Buyer to pay CONUS shipping (around $250) or you can pick up in Connecticut or drive to meet me elsewhere in New England. If you are interested, PM me or email beanhillbrass at gmail.
(I posted about this tuba before, but turns out I was misinformed and it is a Reynolds and not a Conn.)
