Did anyone here know this guy James Husser?

I ended up with his very nice late 50s 186 Miraphone BBb tuba and an amazing Wenzl B Wilfer upright bass. I finally found info on the owner.
I'm thinking he bought both instruments while in Germany in the 50s while stationed there since his obit says he married there in 1960.

James Husser 1933-2015

James Frederick Husser, 82, went to be with the Lord Monday, April 6, 2015. James was born in San Bernardino, CA and raised in Colton, CA. He graduated from Colton Union High School in 1952. He entered the Army in 1953 and served 24 years, retiring in 1977 as SFC. He married the former Irma Fabry in Germany in 1960. Most of his military service was in bands. Following military retirement, he and his family came to Pensacola where he played 10 years with the Pensacola Civic Band and five years with the Okaloosa Symphony Orchestra. He earned bachelor's and master's degrees from UWF and worked for the federal civil service at NAS Pensacola 16 years until he retired in 1995.

Thanks for any info you might have.
