This one is in better cosmetic condition than mine, and seems to have the latest angled 3b miniball linkage. It looks stock to me.
Mine has the L-joint / miniball linkage combo. Mine isn't as pretty, but it has a smaller mouthpipe floated off the bell, lower, and different 5th valve tubing set-up allowing for 3 different tuned pipes (flat half step, whole step, 1+2 combo).
The only weird pitches on mine are a sharp 2+3 Eb below the staff, and flat bottom line G/Gb. Both are manageable, and, frankly, no worse (or even as bad as) than the tendencies of most Alexander, some Hirsbrunner, some Rudi Meinls, and Willson tubas.
Been thinking about possibly selling it as I just don't use it much anymore because it's a large, powerful tuba and I'm not playing in any super large group. I have used it in quintet, but I have other tubas that are a better fit for the groups I play in.
But I'd probably pretty it up a little, and sell it for more than this one because of the work done on mine (making it easier to play and more ergonomic, and giving more 5th valve tuning options), and with the original hard case it came with
