Here is a really well playing 3+1 non-compensating Eb; very similar size to it's B&H Imperial or Besson Sovereign cousins.
Lightweight (7.4kg/16.3lb), without those long, complex compensating valves! 😀
Bell dia. 38cm/15"
Regular shank receiver.
The 4th valve was added by British maestro Derek Farnell.
Has a couple of light bruises, but is essentially dent free and a very well built, solid horn.
No case as part of the sale but I might have something I could part with as a side deal.
I'll say again, the tuba plays very well and puts out a weighty sound given it's size.
I polished up the engraving and obviously the rest of the horn could use a good clean and I'm sure would come up nicely.

Very much at home in Brass Bands, Quintet, Solos, etc.

Tuba is in Hertfordshire, England.
£1,000 + any shipping.
Happy to ship anywhere worldwide, but obviously a local sale would be significantly easier...

Thanks for looking,
MP
