Has anyone ever seen a gig bag like this or know who makes (made) them? I can imagine loading and unloading with this design would be quicker than some other layouts. Any help identifying would be great...thanks!

I believe that is a Soundline bag. Made in Germany. I had one for an Alexander 163 several years ago.

Pretty certain that is the Soundwear, which they no longer make. They were really good, but a little bulky. They still make cases for smaller instruments. I am certain the decision had to something with the costs of shipping that much "air" essentially.

Wessex has a similarly designed gig bag, though I cannot attest to the quality.

Thanks, I messed up the name. Soundwear, not Soundline!
There is a brand called Soundline but the one I had for my Alex was a Soundwear as pictured, pretty sure.

Thanks so much for your help!

Thomann in Germany have them in stock and ready to ship in various sizes. I have a Cronkite bag for one horn now, but it took 2+ months to arrive and I was looking for a quicker option and these look well made.
