Yes of course, hope it's correctly.

The roller valve is a designation of the company V.F. Cerveny & Sons in what was then Königgrätz (Hradec Králové) and was patented in 1874. This variant of the rotary valve is characterized by a strongly conical valve sleeve with a closed bottom, which gives the valve sleeve a pot-like appearance. Furthermore, the valves are turned 90 degrees to the printing unit. The peculiar spring tensioners of the drum printing mechanism with manually rotatable worm gears and matching spur gears were included in the patent at the same time.

I've always believed that one of the keys to success with Kaiser tubas is fitting into an appropriate section. The other key is music written in octaves really needs the hell out of the music. This arrangement has it all.

The kind of thing that makes me want to run and get a Kaiser tuba, or a Fafner... Crap....
