Here's a super-skeltonized 2.2 oz. (63 grams) F tuba mouthpiece underpart (threaded for rims).

Image

It arrived in Texas on the day of this evening recital - AFTER the single no-pianist read-through as well as after the with-pianist read-through, and (for schitz and giggles) I went ahead and used it that night.

$300

I'll include an un-coated stainless rim for FREE, assuming I have the one you want in stock.

I've been holding onto this thing because it's cool/unique, but I don't use it.
The bLoke Doctrine states, "Do not keep things that are not being utilized."

You mouthpiece collectors and one-off freaks had better hurry before someone beats you to it. :smilie7:

Here's the "Light" logo, and also what it looks like with a rim screwed on:

Was this something you had considered putting into production?

It looks pretty cool. A little too cool for me, but still cool. :smilie8:

Also, love that Wilder piece. I played it several years ago with a great hornist.

Appreciate y'all buying my odds and ends. I'm just trying to span the gap between having to buy a bunch of parts and supplies to repair all these school instruments until we finally get paid for doing all the repair work (without resorting to using credit cards or taking money out of the bank).

🙂👍
