Thank you for the summer mouthpiece purchases.

We repair hundreds of instruments in a very short time during the summer, and have to spend a couple thousand or more on parts and pads (not including parts and pads that we already have in stock which get used up).
Because fiscal years start on July 1st (yet high school band camps all start around July 10th - we have to repair all of their instruments during June (without any official promise of payment), band directors can't even submit requisitions for repair money until then, we are really lucky if our repair quotes even get approved by July 15th (particularly with the 4th of July holiday disrupting the office workers being at the schools), and most schools don't pay until 45 days after we submit an invoice (assuming the school secretaries and treasurers verify with the band directors that we have delivered the services).
The mouthpiece sales (along with repairs that we do for individuals) help us squeak by until we are finally paid by all the schools.
Thank you again. In particular, the new silver plated brass OG Ultimate mouthpieces are temporarily sold out again.
